On the Grid in Imola

Earlier today I posted a blog with the images from the autograph session in the pitlane at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari di Imola yesterday.  This was a test of the capabilities of the Fuji AF system to cope with a busy environment.

Yesterday afternoon I went onto the grid before the race in my role as the Media Delegate but I took the opportunity to grab a few people shots for the official ELMS website and Facebook page.

As I did in Spa I had both the X-T1 and X-Pro1 in operation. The X-T1 fitted with the 55-200mm and the X-Pro1 with the 14mm f2.8 wide angle which enabled me to shoot different shots without the need to change lenses.

Here are some of the highlights from the grid in Italy.

Images 1 to 4 and 9 taken on a Fujifilm X-Pro1 + Fujinon 14mm f2.8. Images 5 to8 and 10 to12 taken on a Fujifilm X-T1 and Fujinon XF55-200mm f3.5/4.8R LM OIS
