Early Morning at Barns Ness

I decided to get up before dawn and head down to Barns Ness lighthouse just a few miles from where we live in Dunbar.  The weather was OK but with high winds and broken cloud, the conditions were far from perfect.

With the tide out I was able to clamber out over the rocks, taking care on the slippery seaweed, to take this image looking back at the lighthouse. A 30 second exposure has blurred the movement in the clouds and the sea.
