Apollo

Situated above the Jardins du Trocodero outside the Palais de Chaillot is a 21-foot bronze Apollo with lyre (or Apollon musagète) by sculptor Henri Bouchard.

The shot was taken from below the massive statue on the 14mm f2.8 wide angle lens to get the lines of the building behind the statue to shoot away towards the sky.  The image was then converted to black and white in Silver Efex Pro 2.
