Silver Birch in Close Up

While photographing near to Kinlochewe at the end of February I spotted a group of silver birch trees with beautiful markings on the bark and also drops of water hanging from the branches.

I took the X-T1 out of the bag and fitted the XF56mm f1.2 lens with the 16mm extension tube to increase the magnification.

I then grabbed some shots of the trees before heading back to the car.
