Sunlit Ferns at the Calgary Art in Nature

I have just been sorting through the shots from seven days on Mull and I forgot about my images on the Fuji X100.  This is my little 'go anywhere' camera and I forgot to check the images I downloaded last week because I have been too busy sorting through the pictures taken on the Nikon D800 and D700.

However I did start digging through the files and came across these shots of the ferns at the Art in Nature centre at Calgary on the Isle of Mull.  The strong sunlight coming through the trees highlighted the group of ferns growing near the pond at the start of the art walk through the woods.  I stopped to take some shots on the Fuji, which was set to macro to enable the camera to focus a lot closer on the super sharp Fujinon 23mm f2 lens.
