Patterns in the Sand

The movement of the water after high tide on Belhaven Beach this morning produced some interesting patterns in the sand and the low sun made the scene perfect for photography.  The sunshine produced deep shadows in the furrows in the sand and enabled me to capture this shot that was perfect for a black and white conversion in post processing.

Image shot on a Fujifilm X100 and 23mm f2 lens - 1/45th @ f11 ISO 200.
