The Details of Venice

Over the past weekend I have come to know that Venice is one of the most photogenic places on the planet.  Around every corner is something else to photograph and you have to be quite choosy where you decide to point your lens.

Venice is well known and is also well photographed and it was with some trepidation that I first viewed the city through the viewfinder.  I did wonder if Venice would live up to the hype.  I am pleased to say that it certainly did.

Here are some of the shots I took last weekend focusing on some of the details in Venice.

As I posted yesterday, all of the images were shot on a Fujifilm X-Pro2 with either an 18mm f2 of 56mm f1.2 prime lens.
