CAPTURE NEW HORIZONS

Today the MacLean Photographic blog passed yet another milestone, notching up 3/4 million page views since it began in February 2011.   On January 24 this year we reported that the blog had received 500,000 views and less than eight months later another 250,000 views have been added to the tally. This is the second milestone in two months. In July the blog received over 50,000 views in one calendar month for the first time - 54,897 views between 01 July and 31 July to be precise, an average of 1770 views per day.   This has propelled the blog to reach the 3/4 million mark and now we are pushing forward to 1 million views in the next 6-8 months.  Since February 2011 we have posted 1137 features, an average of 5 posts per week.   Once again our grateful thanks go to everyone who takes the time to read the blog and click on the adverts.  We hope you will keep returning to reach the 1,000,000 mark in the very near future.

June 2015 saw two more milestones passed by the MacLean Photographic blog.  The pages on this blog were viewed 42,017 times during the month, that is an average of 1400 per day, and the first time the blog has reached 40000 in one month since it began in February 2011.  The best monthly figure prior to this was 39647 in June 2014.   The best ever daily figure was recorded on the 21 June when 5623 page views were made from people all around the world.  The first time the daily figure has been more than 5000. The next target is 50000 in a month and 750000 views in total.  Thank you to everyone who reads this blog.
